Last Christmas my son gave me a new computer with the Vista operating system. Except for getting used to the new system, I've had no problems and it is easy to use. But after everything was transferred from my old system, I discovered that I couldn't scan with my printer/copier/scanner. So, I learned to live with it.
But, today I decided to find out why. I went into HP's site and picked out my printer and looked for the scanner. There were the instructions as clear as day. I didn't have to do any downloading, the capability was still there. All I had to do was go into the Picture Gallery and instruct it to scan. It was so easy.
Now I can start scanning all my old pictures.
