I've felt so isolated today. This morning we had heavy rain with thunder and lightening. Since I had a TV killed by lightening I'm much more careful with my pc. I had it turned off all morning, then I had to go out for most of the afternoon.
When I got home, I turned it on and surprise, no internet service. I tried everything, checked all connections, turned everything off, turned it on again, still no connection. So I did what any reasonable person does, I ate. I left everything off the a couple of hours and decided to try again.
Voila! It works. Don't ask me what happened, I have no idea. But I feel so much better now. I have my connection to all my internet friends and can get mail again.
