A Question

What's wrong with these pictures? Can you guess?

The next two pictures may give you a clue.

They're "pine needles". What makes them so unusual is that they are from artificial trees. I always thought that there would be no mess left behind from the artificial tree. Does this mean that my trees are "drying out"? Should I get rid of them the way I would a real tree?

Doesn't surprise me at all. I always see a few here and there. I've had artificial trees since I was 20, and they all seem to "shed" a bit but certainly not enough to clog up your vacuum! A real tree would do that for sure.

Mine did the same thing this year; I suppose after a number of years go by I'll have a Charlie Brown kind of tree that comes by it naturally. :)

Don't worry about a few needles or get worried about a dry artifial tree.
You should be in heaven-all his snow and FREEZING weather!

I get them too but they still beat the heck out of stiff, dry real pine needles...
