I've just finished watching Huckabee. He spent the whole hour with his guests who had plans or formulas for cleaning the oil in the Gulf.
These ideas were very effective in the demonstrations and their developers have given their ideas to the president and BP. Many have just been ignored. I guess they don't have the "right" credentials.
It's very sad that there is so much regulation that these people can't be turned loose in the Gulf. After all, they can't do much more damage than has already been done. There are some towns down south that have taken things into their own hands and been successful.
It's time for the people to take charge and use every available means to clean the Gulf. We've waited too long for those in leadership positions to take the lead. Use hay, special polymers or even hair to clean the water.

I don't get the whole thing either. There are solutions and people are offering them. I've seen those same demonstrations on Hannity and YouTube. Why isn't anyone listening?
I WATCHED AS WELL AND BECAME INCENSED AT THE WAY THESE PEOPLE WERE FLUFFED OFF. GOOD FOR THE ONES WHO MANAGED TO DO IT ON THEIR OWN. ONLY THE ONES ASKING FOR CLEARANCE AND PERMISSION ARE STOPPED BY RED TAPE. WHAT CAN WE LEARN FROM THIS? USE YOUR GOOD OLD INGENUITY AND TO HELL WITH THE BUREAUCRATS. THEY'RE CLUELESS ANYWAY. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE HAIR DEMONSTRATION BECAUSE ALL THE OIL DOESN'T GET WASTED. DUMB JACKASSES IN WASHINGTON. AMEN.......
I also watched part of the show, my favorite. Hope some action is taken! linda
I rarely watch TV -- and we were in a motel room somwhere in Utah I thnk... and watched part of that.
I was totally incensed that NO ONE has taken these people up on the processes.
I mean, really --- "Hair" hasn't been approved by the FDA? Fat ruckers!
